Are you looking for help and answers to you or a family member's struggles with attention, memory, behaviors, or emotions that are interfering with school or work performances, leading to interpersonal problems with others and/or family members, or resulting in depression, anxiety, or another mental health symptom? I provide useful and comprehensive psychological diagnostic assessments that provide answers and direction in alleviating these issues. I offer psychotherapy to alleviate symptoms through an understanding of your unique patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting in order to strengthen what is helping or change that which is no longer effective in dealing with life's challenges.
I have over 25 years of experience exploring personal growth and transformation. I welcome those who choose to bring their desire to explore the deeper meanings of the human experience. I embrace the notion that our lives are meaningful journeys and that our challenges, obstacles and shortcomings push us, often painfully, to bloom and embrace our most true authentic selves.

Dr. Rebecca DeHass practices from an integrative approach, with an emphasis on behavioral therapy. She believes that any behavior is an intention to support the self, yet many times the behavior exacerbates sadness, anger, etc. The most important uses of therapy ate to understand the past, own the present, and choose the future. These components are primarily important when working through trauma and experiences outside of one's control. The story we all choose to believe about ourselves (factual or not) is what cultivates or stifles the joy of life.
