Brian F. Jackson

Dr. Jackson is a licensed psychologist who brings a diverse counseling background of over 20 years to his approach to counseling. During his career, he has worked as a high school teacher, coach and guidance counselor, university instructor and career counselor.
Brian’s areas of specialty include child behavioral issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression and relationship challenges. As a part of his practice, Dr. Jackson teaches techniques such as meditation and self-hypnosis, which are utilized in stress management and performance enhancement.
Brian utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach integrating a family systems perspective in his work with children, adolescents, couples, families, and adults. He works collaboratively in an active, educational and supportive manner.
